Enhancing the appeal of the Archaeological Museum of the Middle Oder Region on the German-Polish border

The Archaeological Museum of the Middle Oder Region in Zielona Góra, based in Świdnica, is implementing a project entitled ‘Enhancing the appeal of the Archaeological Museum of the Middle Oder Region in the German-Polish border area’, which is co-financed by the ERDF under the INTERREG VI A Brandenburg-Poland 2021–2027 cooperation programme, Fund for Small Projects of the “Sprewa-Nysa-Bóbr” Euroregion.

The aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness and accessibility of the Archaeological Museum of the Middle Oder Region in Zielona Góra for residents of the German-Polish border region by creating an offering for Polish and German visitors and promoting and supporting the cultural offering across borders.

The project will result in an information and promotional campaign, which will include, amongst other things, the creation of a new website for the institution and the purchase of modern display cases and exhibition equipment.

The project partner is the Tourist Information Centre in Cottbus – CMT Congress, Messe & Touristik GmbH.
